We are super excited to be hosting you in the beautiful Greek Cyclades
This website will have all the details of our wedding to help you plan your trip. Information like how to get to Milos, where to stay, what to do in Milos (and nearby Milos) will all be shared here. We will keep this website updated as the wedding date nears.
Why Greece?
Greece is a special place for us. We traveled extensively through the country and it was our first destination together. It just happens to also be filled with incredibly beautiful destinations, the best food Europe has to offer, warm hospitality, gorgeous sunsets, and endless possibilities.

We're avid travelers as you might have already guessed and have visited almost 60 countries as a couple. However, Greece is one country we've gone back to time and time again without ever getting bored.
Milos was one of the first Cycladic islands we visited and we were instantly in love. The landscapes, beaches, restaurants, history, and views are breathtaking. It's only fitting that we chose something special, among the countless other places we've visited, to be our wedding destination. Plus it has an airport so that makes things easier!

You Must Have Some Questions
-
When and where are the wedding? The wedding will be on June 21, 2025 on Milos Island which is located in the Cycladic island chain in Greece. This date is the summer solstice which is Jasmina's favorite day of the year.
-
How do you get to Milos?Milos can be reached via plane or ferry from Athens. As well, you can ferry to Milos from other Cycladic islands like Santorini or Mykonos. You can see more details about traveling to Milos.
-
What will the food be like at the wedding? We are in Greece so of course the food will be Greek! This is the best food in Europe after all. The dinner with be served family style with all of our favorite Greek dishes including numerous vegetarian friendly dishes, bread, meats, and seafood. Greek wines will be available throughout the meal.
-
Is there a wedding registry? No! There is no wedding registry or gifts. Your presence at this wedding is already more than we can ask for! If you know us, you know we don't like to settle down in one place so what's the point of having so much stuff?
-
Are kids allowed at the wedding? We are not 25 anymore so it would be a bit farfetched to not allow kids at this wedding! We are bringing ours after all 😀
-
How many days should I spend in Milos?Milos is an amazing island with lots to offer. We recommend you spend at least 3 nights on this island but if you can spare more, you will not be disappointed.
-
I have 1 week, how should I structure the trip?If you have not seen much of Greece before, I would highly recommend starting your trip in the capital city of Athens. The world famous Acropolis along with numerous other historical sights are in this city so it's worth at least 2-3 days. After this, you can either visit a neighboring island like Sifnos or Paros (via ferry) for 3 days before coming to the wedding. Alternatively, visit Athens first, then come to Milos, and follow it up with a visit to Santorini and Folegandros. There are so many options to choose from. Feel free to message us and we can help you with ideas!
-
Where do we stay in Milos? Is there a hotel that everyone's staying at?While Milos is a popular island for tourists, the locals still live in a more traditional manner. There are no large hotels in Milos so it's not possible for us to all stay together. We have provided numerous recommendations for hotels/guesthouses/apartments/villas that we like so please feel free to book anything that suits your needs. The island is not big so it is relatively easy for us to all meet at a central location.

How do you get around Milos?Milos is not a large island but you will need some form of transport as it's too big to walk. Our favorite way to get around the island is by scooter. If you cannot drive a scooter, then a quad bike is the next best thing. You can also rent cars if you have a family or do not feel comfortable with either option. There are also taxis readily available to pick you up all around the island.
